We will have a one-on-one context-setting discussion to walk through the fundamentals of the program, and talk through your own personal goals and objectives. 

Will begin with an orientation reception and dinner in the evening.  You'll make connections and enjoy your first of many outstanding meals.  We will lay the foundation and make sure you're outfitted with all of the tools you will need

Will push you from sun-up to sun-down, blending:

· Reflection

· Group discussion

· 1:1 executive coaching

· Peer coaching

· Problem solving and action planning

· Time on the water fly fishing

· Customized excursions

Your time on the water, under the watchful eye of expert guides, will create additional reflective time and space that will enable greater clarity, focus, and breakthrough thinking that you just cannot achieve in your typical daily work environment. You will practice applying specific techniques and approaches to increase your impact in addressing critical challenges. 

Is all about putting it together. You will connect the insights and solutions you have uncovered into a cohesive, practical plan of action. Additional executive coaching and peer input will support your ability to translate intention to impact as soon as you return.

You will receive 3 personal one-on-one coaching sessions to help you put your plan into action.
